COLLIDE
When we come up against force in our lives, our first inclination can be to push against it. We get uncomfortable or we just want this new problem to be gone. BUT. Every single thing we encounter that creates this discomfort is an invitation to creating more space for ourselves. It’s an opportunity to get free of a pattern.
When we Collide with something, it’s not always within our abilities to surrender. But, we can try shifting a little bit. When our thought patterns are locked into the same old routes of fear and anxiety, we can find space to move through more expansive thoughts. “How is this happening for me?” “What’s another way to view this?” “What could this really be about?”
Try to find an inch of wiggle room and make a new path from there.
