After the flames rage and rage and the winds take them away, the Cinders smolder in the earth. These embers of heat carrying the energy of change.
During moments of upheaval and transformation, we can feel called to grow and expand, we have big feelings and realizations and clarity. And then when the dust settles, we can feel like that inner fire was swept away too. But there’s always the Cinders.
That small glow deep within. The parts that are integrating, stitching new pieces of ourselves together, slowly weaving into our cellular being.
When the Cinders make themselves known, it is the acknowledgement of being in a space of deep integration. It is not the time to try to stoke the fire or see what we can be growing. We must allow the work to be done in its own time.
